tbsp olive oil

tbsp baking powder

tsp garlic

tsp cayenne

tsp onion powder

lb chicken wing

tbsp unsalted butter

cup frank's redhot sauce
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Clean and wash the chicken. 3: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. 4: Put the chicken in a large mixing bowl. 5: Add olive oil and mix well until all chicken is coated. 6: Add onion powder, cayenne, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt, then mix until evenly distributed. 7: Add baking powder and mix to help crisp up the wings. 8: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the wings out. 9: Place wings in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. 10: Remove from oven, flip the wings over, and cook for another 45 minutes. 11: While wings are cooking, make the buffalo sauce. 12: In a saucepan over medium heat, add the buffalo wing sauce. 13: Once heated, add in butter and stir until well combined, then remove from heat. 14: Once wings are done, remove from the oven and add to a mixing bowl. 15: Pour sauce over wings and mix. 16: Plate and enjoy!View original recipe
